Galaxy Medic Alert was purchase in January 2024 and my contract was renewed in January 2025. I have tried the pendant, the belt attachment and the wristband and prefer the latter. So far I have not had a significant fall or other health crisis. The alarm has gone off several times and this has been rather annoying. The voice activated response is polite. Once or twice a real live person answered and this response was also polite and sensitive. Concerns and queries have also met with prompt attention, consideration and politeness. My family are pleased that I have the device which gives them and myself peace of

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) will assess the situation and send help if needed. If you’re unable to communicate at any time with the EMT, emergency services will be sent automatically to your location.
Help is on the Way
Emergency services will be sent to your location. First responders will be provided with your vital medical information. Your personal contacts will be notified. An EMT will continue to talk to you until help has arrived.
