The device offers instant, hands-free two-way communication, allowing users to speak directly with trained emergency operators at the press of a button. Automated Fall Detection:
- Automated fall detection – designed to detect a fall as soon as it happens
- ONE button activation and/or automatic fall detection
- Â After just 10 seconds, if there is no movement or tilt from horizontal to vertical positioning detected, an unconsciousness alarm will be sent for medical help
Note: The Fall Detection watch will not detect 100% of all falls. Always press the button on the watch to get help as soon as possible. The Fall Detection watch has been designed and recommended by the manufacturer to be worn on the outside of clothing for proper fall detection use.
Optional Text To Locate App Add-On:
- Designed to help caregivers support loved ones without being intrusive
- Lets caregivers easily locate a loved one’s current device location with a text message (as long as device is on and in range)

Shipping Policy:
We will ship all medical alert systems and/or components free of charge, through a carrier of our choice, to customers located in Canada. All products will be shipped during regular business hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders received before 3 p.m. EST will be shipped out the same day. Galaxy Medical Alert Systems Ltd. will not be responsible for any delivery delays by third party delivery services.
